I experienced what you two have, and just like the vciitm in the old looney tunes cartoons, the vciitm has to wake up. Play the boss at his game. Don’t fight bullying because you can’t. If he is allowed to keep his job doing what he is doing, Bullying is a policy violation. find out if he is mis spending money or smething and go from there, or go looking for another job.
